Use these conditions alongside the scope and limits of your selected package. Both parties confirm the deliverables, languages, file formats, fees, approved external expenses and schedule before work begins. The terms below explain how information, feedback, changes and handover are handled so the project can proceed with a shared understanding.

Both parties confirm the scope, deliverables, languages, file formats, price and delivery schedule in the quotation before work begins. External expenses require the client’s prior approval. Starting prices are indicative; any applicable tax and approved external charges are confirmed in the quotation.
The timeline starts after scope confirmation, payment under the agreed terms and receipt of all necessary information. It excludes time awaiting client information or feedback. If either party expects a delay, they will notify the other and agree a revised schedule. Studio package delivery ranges are working days. Specialist tiers show the day estimates published on Fastwork; the working schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
The six studio packages include two rounds within the original scope. Specialist Fastwork tiers follow the revision limit displayed for the selected tier. Provide consolidated feedback for each round. Provider errors are corrected without using a revision round. Additional or changed scope requires agreement on extra fees and time before work proceeds.
The client supplies accurate information and materials they are authorised to use. Client information is kept confidential and work is not published without permission. AI may assist the work, with human review. Prior agreement is required before confidential or personal information is entered into external AI tools.
The client reviews deliverables against the agreed scope. Final files are handed over under the agreed payment terms. Website source code and deliverable formats are as listed in the selected package. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences; domain, hosting and other external services are charged separately as agreed.
Responsibility covers the quality and completeness of the agreed work. Sales, search rankings, investment returns and funding approval are not guaranteed. Forecasts rely on the assumptions stated. Bilingual work uses the same underlying information; additional markets or new content require separate scoping.
A pause or cancellation should be notified in writing. Completed work and approved expenses are assessed together, and payment for unperformed work is refunded as applicable under the agreed terms and the platform’s rules.
